We have used the services of the Other Side Lawn Service about twice a year for the past 3 or 4 years and they always do a great job. They are very friendly and follow thru on each job and review the details before they start. When the job is done they always check to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. Jason the owner is terrific and we will continue to use their services. We are scheduling some yard work for February and then some clean up and several yards of mulch in March. We will use them again at the end of the year for some Fall clean-up. Jim & Louise Sullivan

Tech was supposed to provide information on how to treat a river birch suffering from choloris. He was barely out of the car, when he said to cut the tree down. He didn't offer potential treatment suggestions until explicitly asked. Also, not happy to receive an invoice that included a late fee since one wasn't dropped off at the premises as the online history says. Had you emailed it, then it would have been paid right away.
